Our 20-400 Black 68mm Phenolic Brush Cap offers a precise application for your products with synthetic hair-like bristles. Each cap comes included with a 0.4mm diameter dip tube with the attached 68mm brush tip. In addition, it has a semi-ribbed style for easy turning and gripping of the brush. Our Phenolic Brush Cap is made of high-quality polypropylene to provide a highly durable cap to hold the nylon brushes. Polypropylene has a high melting point of 320°F (160°C) which makes it an ideal closure to handle aggressive products that contain hot temperatures and acids. These 20-400 Black Plastic Phenolic Brush Caps have a polyethylene liner included surrounding the base of the brush underneath the cap. These small liners create a tight seal on the bottle to trap out oxygen and prevent leakage. This item has a 20-400 neck finish. For instance, the first number refers to the diameter (in mm), and the second refers to the closure depth, style, and thread.
