Our 75 g (2.65 oz) Matte Black Twist Up Deodorant Tube includes a matching Matte Black Screw Cap and Matte Black Polystyrene Disc. The sleek matte finish gives this container a premium, modern look while the rigid polystyrene housing ensures durability. Inside, the clear polystyrene disc provides extra protection while allowing visibility of your product.

This twist-up solid stick container features a rotatable base that smoothly propels and repels the product with a simple twist. Unlike push tubes, the mechanism is designed for convenient and controlled dispensing, similar to a traditional lip balm container.

Ideal for deodorants, lotion bars, sunscreens, solid perfumes, and other solid formulations, this versatile tube offers both style and functionality.

Directions for Use:
To dispense product, simply twist the base counterclockwise. The inner disc will raise the contents upward and out of the container for easy application.

Filling Instructions:

1. Place the tube upside down with the cap and disc inserted. Leave the base off.

2. Fill from the bottom up to the internal plunger (the disc with three holes). Do not overfill past the plunger.

3. Insert the base back into the tube.

4. Allow the product to fully solidify, then unscrew the cap, remove the disc, and the stick is ready to use.

Important Notes:

• Do not pour at excessively high temperatures; heat can warp the plastic or damage the twist mechanism.

• Containers are not leak-proof when filled with very hot formulations.

• Always test the rotatable base with your specific product before mass filling.

• Very thick or pasty solutions may prevent smooth twisting.

Recommended Filling Temperatures (± 5°F):

• 145°F for deodorants or lotion bars (formulas without alcohol)

• 165°F for antiperspirants
