Our 20-400 Black Plastic Phenolic Brush Cap features an 84mm brush tip and when used offers a precise application for your products with synthetic hair-like bristles. Each cap comes included with a 0.4mm diameter dip tube with the attached 84mm brush tip. In addition, it has a semi-ribbed style for easy turning and gripping of the brush.

Our Phenolic Brush Cap is made of high-quality polypropylene to provide a highly durable cap to hold the nylon brushes. Polypropylene has a high melting point of 320°F (160°C) which makes it an ideal closure to handle aggressive products that contain hot temperatures and acids.
